How Waste2Learn Works

1. Waste Collection

We collect plastic waste and agricultural residues such as banana stem fiber and sawdust from local communities and processing sites.

2. Sorting & Cleaning

Plastic waste is sorted, washed, and shredded to remove contaminants and prepare it for safe reuse.

3. Fiber Blending

Recycled plastic is combined with natural fibers to form a durable, paper-like sheet without cutting down trees.

4. Sheet Formation

The blended material is pressed into thin sheets that can be written on, cut, and bound like traditional paper.

5. Notebook Production

Sheets are trimmed, bound, and assembled into notebooks for schools, NGOs, and educational programs.

6. Distribution & Impact

Finished notebooks are distributed to students, turning waste into learning tools and environmental impact.
